Please register your kits below and to receive access to create your personalized genetic reports. We recommend using the same name and password you are using to access your DNA Made Simple portal so it’s easy to remember.

You will only need to register one time. From then on, you’ll be able to use your username and login credentials when creating your genetic reports.
After creating your account, you will be taken to a login screen. Please login using the credentials you just entered. You can also login from the DNA Made Simple portal.
Once logged in, in order to create your genetic reports, please return to the DNA Made Simple portal and click the yellow “CLICK HERE” button to generate your report.
